This form is for Enclave residents to register to participate in our upcoming neighborhood Garage / Yard Sale.

To cover our costs of street signs and OCFL fee (base $35 plus $ 0.50 per home)

Registration Deadline
We are required to submit a list of addresses which will participate, to Orange County, FL.
They may need up to two weeks to approve our registration list and confirm approval of the date.
Therefore, we have decided to set a deadline for registration as Thursday 10th October 2024.
That gives us the coming weeks to decide, plan and prepare our stuff for the Garage Sale.

We need volunteers for Promotion and Logistics
To lead visitors into our neighborhood, we will make and place at least 4 street signs, approved with OCFL sticker.
We really appreciate you, if you volunteer and help us to make, put out, as well as take down street signs
and promote our event online via social media and neighborhood sites.
Our promotion will determine how many visitors will show up.

Zoom call to Inform and Prepare
We will have a zoom call on Saturday October 26th at 11:00 AM to get introduced, prepare and enjoy working together.
Date and Time of the Garage / Yard Sale
The Garage / Yard Sale date is scheduled for: Saturday November 2nd, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
County Regulations for Garage Sales and Fees

- Garage Sale Permit $ 14.00 per Community
- Garage Sale, (additional amount for each address) $ 0.50
- Garage Sale Sign Permit Stickers (each) 4.50 x 4 = $18.00
